The Village Center

Expansion and remodeling of existing shopping center to make it competetvie with new area retail facilities and to improve tenant visibility to passing traffic. Genesis was responsibe for the redesign of existing courtyards and overall architectural rehabilitation and space reutilization. This redevelopment included:

• improvement of pedestrian circulation patterns;
• landscaping improvements
• architectural facade enhancement
• entry court improvements and overall improvements
• overall improvement of existing nonfunctional spaces.

A conceptual design was also completed for a new 35,000 square foot anchor tenant
