Genesis Group provided engineering and survey design services for Master Planning and Phased construction for the 39.55 acre Moss Creek Subdivision Development in Riverview, Florida. Services included surveying, preparations of design drawings, contract documents, permit applications for both on-site and off-site infrastructure for the 68 single family homesites under Phases I & II of the overall development.

The stormwater management system required computer modeling of a large watershed and features extensive use of existing site conditions for stormwater treatment and attenuation.

Genesis Group also completed the water and wastewater master plan for this project. Services during construction included construction staking, construction inspection and assistance to the developer in contract management.
