Davis Island Parking Structure

Site engineering and landscape design for parking garage and attached day-care facility. Design incorporated significant grade changes, limited lot size, storm water attennation vault beneath day-care facility, security concerns for children and humonizing the scale of the structure. Incorporation of a park adjacent to the structure allowed for design of pedestrian circulation system through the area.
