Ybor City 16th Streetscape

Genesis assisted the City of Tampa with the redevelopment of Ybor City by creating a pedestrian friendly streetscape linking the new parking garage to 7th Avenue.

It is anticipated that 16th Street will become one of the gateways into the new entertainment district, Centro Ybor. Genesis Group designed the streetscape to fit the historical character of the area. Character street lighting, street brick, cast iron benches, trash recepticals and tree grates were installed to create a continuity throughout the rest of the Ybor district thus preserving the historical character of Ybor City
