Developments of Regional Impact
The Florida Statutes require that developments of regional significance be subjected to a DRI review process. Genesis Group has proven capability and offers a comprehensive and proven approach to all aspects of the DRI process. We conduct the necessary field work, provide camera-ready text and graphics for submission, as well as participate in the Sufficiency Review process, public hearings and negotiations leading to the issuance of the final Development Order.
