Sadler Point Marina Club

This 2+ acre site is located on the Ortega River within a neighborhood that has traditionally supported marine-oriented commercial, retail, office and light industrial uses. The Client desired to transform the decadence of yesteryear into an upscale marina lifestyle.

Genesis provided a conceptual site plan illustrating a rejuvenation of the existing marina site. A new entrance wall with accompanying signage, lighting, decorative brick paving and landscaping throughout the site will greet boaters and customers. Other improvements consist of a riverwalk and pedestrian walkway system linking all of the marina uses within the site. An outdoor area with gazebo provides a gathering space for slip holders. Architectural details reminiscent of Cape Cod and metal roofing will aesthetically blend the existing covered wet slips and commercial buildings for marine service providers.
