Jacksonville International Technology Center

This project will consist of a semiconductor manufacturing complex and an office/warehouse complex. Overall land uses are allocated as Industrial Park (294 acres); Warehouse Facilities (273 acres); Wetlands (248 acres); Roads (28 acres); and Retention (38 acres).

When completed, this development will be one of the region's major industrial employers. It is anticipated that the project will create 9,969 permanent jobs and will generate more than $14 million in property tax revenues. The property has been selected as one of ten sites in the State of Florida being promoted as a pre-qualified location for a semi-conductor manufacturing site. The project is eligible for extensive incentives under the State's "Target Industry Program."
