Paradise Key South Beach

Genesis Group, produced in collaboration with Cronk Duch Partners, a Pattern Book governing the development of this traditional single family neighborhod.

Genesis Group prepared the Paradise Key South Beach PUD Site Plan for presentation and approval to the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The site plan included 62 residential lots that was designed with the re-routing of an existing creek bed througout the development.
