Allen's Creek Mixed Use Center

Provided design and regulatory permitting of this mixed-use facility located on Tampa Bay. This development contained multifamily housing, office and retail space, as well as a marina with 60 boat slips. The property had previously been used as a large loading and unloading facility behind a large strip retail shopping center fronting U.S. 19 Genesis also provided plans to enhance the shoreline including 1.5 miles of sea wall and rip-rap replacement, shoreline stabilization plantings and mangrove revegetation.
