Tender Touch Dry Cleaners (Westshore Rezoning)

The scope of this project, which involved the creation of a rezoning package to relocate a dry cleaning satellite station , included developing two site plans with alternate access points and preparing an exhibit, using our geographic information system (GIS) to display the existing client locations in the general area. The exhibit was prepared from the owner's client database and geocoded in GIS to reference TIGER 95 street/address database information.

The purpose of the exhibit was to show that the location of the business was directly related to its viability due to its proximity to clients, thus being forced to relocate business would have a direct negative impact on its viability.
