Why This Location?


The site for this proposed project was chosen after a long and careful analysis of available lands meeting a multitude of requirements necessary for establishing a successful and sustainable renewable energy park that benefits all parties concerned including the community and the environment. Finding a location which meets all the necessary criteria is rare. In Hillsborough County, there is only location that meets all the needs.

  • Current Status of Site Readiness due to Reclamation Programs

  • Major Highway / Truck Route Access (fronts SR-60 for 1.2 miles)
  • Adjoins Urban Service Area Boundary for Approximately 2 miles
