Genesis has been awarded a Site and Civil Engineering contract by PAC Land Development Corp. for the design of a site development plan to construct 364 apartment units in Winter Park, FL. This project includes obtaining a concurrency certificate to revise the development from single family condominium and commercial to multi-family residential.
