Project Announcement: Fire Tower Site Survey

Genesis Group has been selected by St. Joe Towns and Resorts to complete a Boundary and Wetland Delineation Survey for a 205 acre site located on St. James Island in Franklin County, Florida. The property is located on both sides of US 98 and includes property that is occupied by an abandoned fire tower. In addition, the survey will include the delineation of the approximate mean high water line along the property's Gulf of Mexico frontage. When complete, the boundary survey will be overlaid onto recently completed LIDAR aerial topography for planning purposes.
