Walton County adopts Genesis Group's Land Development Code Change Recommendation

On February 14, 2006, the Walton County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to adopt Genesis Group's recommendations to modify language in Chapter 3 of the Land Development Code (LDC) to accommodate new transportation concurrency review procedures.

Genesis Group will continue their work with Walton County to implement the transportation concurrency methodology and procedures.
