Project Announcement: Shores of Santa Rosa County CDD, Phase 1

Genesis Group has been awarded a contract for the first phase of a multi-phase project for a 100 acre multi-use development in Santa Rosa County, FL.

The first phase will be 120 residential lots followed by Marina Condos and a Village Tract. Infrastructure will be funded via the Shores of Santa Rosa Community Development District (CDD).
