Project Announcement: Select Medical Office Buildings

Genesis Group has been selected by Lauth Property Group to prepare a Limited Partition Subdivision to create the parcels on which two 60,000 square foot medical office buildings will be located and will obtain concurrency, site plan, and environmental permits for the proposed improvements.

The project is located on Surgeon's Drive in Tallahassee, FL.
