Project Announcement: Village Inn

Genesis Group's Tallahasse office has been awarded a conceptual design project for a Village Inn restaurant by Michael Titze Company, Inc.

This project will consist of a conceptual design for a 5,000 square foot casual dining restaurant on a northeast portion of the currently developed 8.7 acre Elks Club site located at 276 North Magnolia Drive in Tallahassee, Florida. When fully developed, the restaurant site will include approximately 80 parking spaces, miscellaneous vehicular use areas, and the required greenspace.
