Mark Llewellyn, Jr., EI has attained the LEED AP designation with a Neighborhood Development (ND) Specialty, a certification of the Green Building Certification Institute and U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This designation indicates his leadership in the field, active participation in the green building movement, contribution of expertise to the design, construction, operations and maintenance of buildings and neighborhoods that save energy, use fewer resources, reduce pollution, and contribute to healthier environments for their occupants and the community. "LEED" stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design.
Mr. Llewellyn's ND credential indicates his practical knowledge of LEED AP Neighborhood Development policies and procedures and his participation in planning, design and development of sustainable, pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods. He is a member of the USGBC Florida Capital Region Board of Directors.
