Planning

Our planning professionals, with credentials from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) provide the knowledge and experience with local, regional, and state planning agencies and regulations needed. Surveying

Utilizing the latest in electronic survey equipment and computer technology, our Surveying and Mapping Division is comprised of highly skilled Professional Surveyors and Mappers and technicians that assist Engineering and Design professionals on large scale development projects in addition to completing independent professional surveying and mapping contracts. Our unique mix of both Professional Surveyors and GIS Specialists provides our clients with cutting edge accuracy, speed, and far-ranging capabilities.

GIS / Geospatial

Genesis Group provides GIS services to our clients both to assist them in creating spatial databases and to enable them to analyze and resolve planning, environmental, infrastructure, and marketing issues. These services are provided from out Tampa, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and Gainesville offices. What sets us apart our in-house Engineers, Planners, Landscape Architects and Surveyors are available to assist our clients in both the needs assessment and final analysis phases of our projects.
