Senior Design Technician

Position Description:

Genesis Halff  is seeking a Senior Design Technician in our Tampa Office with a minimum of 5 years experience relating to land development and/or roadway design projects including the preparation of construction drawings for grading, paving, drainage, water, and sewer facilities and the preparation of permit packages for local and state agencies.

Applicants must have a commitment to customer satisfaction, be personally accountable, maintain client confidentiality, be self-managed and motivated, able to communicate in ways that are clear, concise, considerate  and understandable, place a high emphasis on teamwork, and be goal oriented.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017/2018
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and fully understand construction engineering plans and drawings including sheet references
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in working with clients, consultants and coworkers
• Multi-task oriented and strong time management and problem solving skills
